The Board of the Big Rapids Community Library meets on the second Thursday of the Month, at least nine (9) months per year. Unless otherwise indicated, all meetings are held at 5:30 pm in the Community Room at the Big Rapids Community Library located at 426 S. Michigan Ave., Big Rapids, Michigan. Meetings are open to the public, subject to the "Michigan Open Meeting Act."
